All prices calculated on a maximum occupancy of 4. $25.00 charge per person over 4.

One night rental may be considered on a case by case basis.

The state requires a 12% tax in addition to these rates.
Payment, cancellation and check in:
Payment by cash, check or credit card is accepted. 50% deposit is required for reservations.

Make checks payable to “ Spruce Mountain Cabins”. Balance is due at check in.

Deposit refunded minus, a $30.00 booking fee, if cancellation is 14 days prior to reservation. Cancellations after this time forfeit deposit.

Check in is between 3pm and 6pm Monday through Saturday by prior appointment.
