Glamping at its Best, Off-Grid Tiny House Comfort!

-The person registering the booking is responsible for all damages to the property by
your party.
-Inventory will be taken after each stay, and missing items will be billed to the person
that registers the booking.
-Check-in time is anytime after 3 pm; check-out time is no later than 11:00 am.
-To avoid additional cleaning fees, please leave the property neat and clean upon
departure.
-Please turn off camp stove and lights; leave dirty towels and washcloths in a pile on the floor, and put trash in outside trash
can.
-No smoking inside; leave no evidence of smoking outside.
-No vaping or drugs.
-No pets allowed.
-No discharge of firearms, fireworks, or other explosives.
--No loud or disruptive behavior, abuse of alcohol, or drug usage will be permitted.
-We will not be responsible for any injuries to anyone in your party or loss of property
for any reason. By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and
accepted this agreement and that you agree to hold the owners of this property
harmless in the event of any injury or loss while you are on the premises.

Full refund minus credit card fees up until 14 days before check-in.
After that, guests can cancel up to 5 days before check-in and get a refund of one night and the cleaning fee.
